We dropped in on Mark Sargeant’s fantastic Rocksalt restaurant in Folkestone to shoot the final piece of a teaser for a TV show we will be pitching next year. Sadly we didn’t have time to try the food this time.
On a stiflingly hot day in March, I found myself sitting in a packed mini-bus full of local camera crew, in the forecourt of a petrol station at the entrance to the most dangerous favela in Rio de Janeiro.
