We spent a very enjoyable day in Hastings earlier this week filming with chef Mark Sargent. We are producing a teaser for a TV format idea that has been developed over some fine lunches with Mark. The crew spent the day filming Mark learning the ancient art of smoking fish.
The weather was stunning and the crew came home smelling of fish. A big thank you to Sonny for letting us film in his Rocka-Nore shop. A must visit if you are ever in Hastings.
